

About Our Classes
Physiotherapist-led small group Pilates and researched-based rehabilitation classes. All classes and rehab takes on the principles of the Pilates method combined with researched based exercise. Pilates positions are used with evidence based exercises to target specific muscle groups outside of the classic Pilates repertoire making it more focused and specific to the injuries or conditions within each class. Our weekly classes focus on improving strength, mobility and injury recovery in a safe, physiotherapist-guided environment. Classes are small to ensure individual attention and appropriate progression using combinations of matwork, reformer, weights and accessories.
We publish our Pilates Classes Whatsapp group on a Sunday so our patients can plan their week in advance.

Tuesday: 07h00-08h00 & 08h00-09h00
Wednesday: 07h00 – 08h00
Thursday: 09h00 – 10h00
Friday: 07h00-08h00 & 08h00-09h00
Class Duration: 60 minutes
*We are also open to adding new classes into the timetable if there are 4 or more people able to attend.
